Zoo Trip

A few weekends ago, we met Branyon's parents at the San Antonio Zoo where we had a late birthday celebration for Branna. We all had a great time and Branna loved get to see more exotic animals than the usual neighborhood dog. I think her favorite were the eagles. They had been shot and couldn't fly, but everytime a grackle would pass over, they would flap their wings like crazy trying to take off. Branna was very impressed by that and started trying to flap her "wings", too!
The zoo also had a petting zoo where Branna and Daddy got to feed the goats. She was pretty tickled that they would eat out of her hand!
Besides the eagles and goats, Branna really liked the bears, elephants, and fish. We had a great time. It was a lot of fun to see Branna make new discoveries.
